No. Hosteroo is a co-hosting and operations service, not a traditional on-site property manager. We manage the backend operations while you retain ownership and final decision-making. 

No. Hosteroo charges a flat monthly fee per property, regardless of how much your property earns. This keeps costs predictable and transparent. 

SETUP & ONBOARDING

How do I get started?

Start by booking a free consultation. We’ll review your property, confirm suitability, and outline the onboarding steps. 

No. We can assist whether your property is already listed or starting from scratch. 

We work with industry-standard channel managers and booking platforms. During onboarding, we’ll either integrate with your existing systems or recommend suitable options. 

DAILY OPERATIONS

Who communicates with guests?

Hosteroo manages guest communication 24/7, including pre-arrival messages, in-stay support, and post-stay follow-ups. 

We coordinate cleaning schedules and communication, using your preferred local cleaners or third-party providers. Cleaning costs are paid directly by the owner. 

No. Hosteroo does not provide physical cleaning or maintenance services. We coordinate and communicate with owner-approved local providers. 

We triage issues as they arise and escalate to you only when approvals or decisions are required. Emergencies are handled according to agreed escalation protocols. 

CONTROL & DECISION-MAKING

Do I still control pricing and bookings?

Yes. You retain control over pricing strategies, booking rules, and approvals. Hosteroo executes within the parameters you approve. 

Yes. All non-urgent maintenance requires owner approval before proceeding. 

Yes. You always retain access and ownership of your OTA accounts and data. 

PRICING & PAYMENTS

What does the monthly fee include?
The monthly fee includes:

  • Multi-OTA listing management
  • Channel manager handling
  • Guest communication (24/7)
  • Booking coordination
  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination
The following are pass-through costs, paid by the owner:

  • Cleaning fees
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Consumables (linen, toiletries, etc.)
  • OTA platform fees

Hosteroo does not add mark-ups or commissions to third-party costs.

No. Hosteroo operates on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in contracts.

No. Hosteroo operates remotely and coordinates with local providers for on-site tasks.

Hosteroo is best suited for well-maintained properties with clear house rules. Properties with frequent damage, parties, or unmanaged guest behaviour may not be suitable.

Do you guarantee bookings or income?

No. While we manage operations professionally, occupancy and income depend on market conditions, pricing, seasonality, and property quality. 

We’ll identify this during the consultation. Our goal is long-term fit — not onboarding every property.
